If you manually installed this mod, you can find it in
Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes/mods/hacktane/modsettings.json

If you can't find your Steam folder, Open Steam, right-click on "Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes", click "Properties" > "Local files" > "Browse local files"

Open modsettings.json in a texteditor (like notepad) and insert the following:

Close and save modsettings.json

Now go press the link button on the bridge

Start the game (and enable mods) within 30 seconds
